What is an upgrade?

Upgrades will change your plan from a lower plan to a higher plan.  They do NOT change the expiration date of your account.  Note:  When you upgrade you will be reimbursed the pro-rated fee that you did not use on your current plan and then charged a pro-rated fee for the remaining days left on your new plan. 

It is TNC policy that if you try to upgrade within 90 days of your expiration date you will be required to renew for an additional year..
